Working agreements

Norms for how Clubhouse League is built and documented.

1. Product IA is source of truth — Morgan locks Product structure (journeys, features, MVP). Eng nests implementation under Features → Implementation notes, not as top-nav product pages.
2. Ship the spine — journey order before feature breadth.
3. Placeholders OK — mark TBD; do not invent locked decisions.
4. Tickets go to Remy — Morgan creates/reviews PRDs and hands GitHub issues to Remy only. Remy disburses to Kit (iOS) and Dex (Android). Morgan never assigns Kit/Dex directly.
5. PRs over direct main — Conventional Commits; Remy reviews mobile PRs before merge.
6. No secrets in docs — tokens, keys, and env values stay out of the runbook (see Ops → Secrets hygiene).
7. One site, three sections — Product · Delivery · Ops. Do not split into separate sites.
